I started my career in real estate when my family business’s property was for sale and the broker offered me a job. My background is in the food industry, specifically meat processing and wholesale and retail, in fact, I even teach a sausage-making class!
I’ve also worked in material engineering and energy efficiency. “Renewable energy is our way out of recession and a clear path to global stability.” It has always been a dream of mine to develop sustainable housing complexes with net-zero energy homes. My buyer clients love me for my abilities to check for deficiencies beyond the normal. I look for energy efficiency, health & safety issues, and unforeseen market conditions.
I live in Havertown with my wife, Lisa. Saint Lisa, I should say, for dealing with me all these years. I love early mornings before most are up, exercising, cooking for my friends, playing my sax, and working on my house.
In the future, I’d love to take a boat trip up the Hudson River across NY state via canals to the Great Lakes. Then connect to the Mississippi and wind up in New Orleans in time for Mardi Gras.
